We are happy to help you return or exchange your order!

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be sent back to us in the original condition, unworn, with all original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We are unable to accept returns for refunds for earrings, body chains and hair accessories due to hygiene reasons.

Also, outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
